You'll be exposed to the challenges and excitement of a fast-paced startup environment, where you'll learn to adapt quickly and think on your feet. This internship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to launch a successful career in talent acquisition or human resources. What You Will Do Assist Talent acquisition and Recruiter coordinator to streamline the recruitment timeline by managing the schedule for the selection process each day, ensuring the swift movement of candidates through various stages, and regularly analyzing data to assess what's effective and identify areas for improvement. Identify at least one significant initiative within the recruitment team, which will have a substantial and measurable positive impact on the overall team's efficiency, productivity, or effectiveness. This project should demonstrate your ability to take ownership, think critically, and drive meaningful change within the organization. This requires a keen eye for potential bottlenecks. Regular data analysis will be crucial to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process. What You Will Need Currently enrolled in a university preferably in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment Exceptional Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and readily adjusts to new information, unexpected challenges, and evolving priorities.
