Google Sheets Specialist – Operations (Fresher - 1 Year)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Operations Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, analyzing data, and building simple automation workflows to improve business processes. If you're someone who loves solving problems with formulas, organizing information, and making data-driven decisions easier, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets across multiple spreadsheets (Google Sheets & Excel)

• Use functions like IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY to connect and clean raw data

• Automate repetitive calculations using ARRAYFORMULA and create calculated fields (e.g., Total Sales, Profit, Margin %)

• Build dashboards with dynamic filters using data validation and named ranges

• Create and manage Macros or Google Apps Script to:

• Highlight rows based on business logic (e.g., low margin)

• Trigger alerts for key events (e.g., high-value sales)

• Refresh pivot tables automatically

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with basic automation through Macros or Apps Script

• Understanding of business data metrics (Sales, Cost, Margin, etc.)

• Logical thinking and attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement

• Good communication skills to explain your work clearly

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Exposure to Google Apps Script or any scripting language

• Prior internship/project experience with data or operations

• Basic knowledge of business operations or reporting
