About the Role

We’re looking for a Google Ads Intern who is eager to learn paid advertising and performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with real client campaigns while working closely with experienced Google Ads specialists.

As a Google Ads Intern, you’ll support campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization while building a strong foundation in paid search and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Support keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily campaign performance and help track ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Assist in bid, budget, and targeting optimizations under supervision
• Help set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Prepare basic performance reports and summarize insights
• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign alignment
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and paid search concepts
• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, or Tag Manager is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads certification or coursework is a bonus but not mandatory
