Global Trainee program for final-year students

ComAp is looking for final-year students for an internship in our Delhi office, with the opportunity to transition into a Junior Global Technical Support Engineer role after graduation.

This role is perfect for final-year students with a technical background, who are eager to learn, grow, and support customers worldwide.

You don’t need to come in as an expert — you’ll learn everything step-by-step with the support of experienced colleagues.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Providing day-to-day delivery of technical support services across all regions globally.
• Solving, investigating, and troubleshooting of issues with ComAp products and applications on daily basis.
• Working collaboratively with other technical support staff to ensure that enquiries are resolved/distributed in line with agreed service levels.
• Maintaining technical equipment used for demonstration and training purposes – ComAp starter kits and controllers demo sets
• Collaborating with both the Operational Services & Support Manager and the Regional Technical Support & Services Manager to meet customer needs and continuously improve support services.
• Ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.
• Providing technically focused presentations to customers and distributors to guide customers in the selection of the right products for the right application.

What makes you a great fit:

• You are a final-year student of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
• Fluent English language
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment or control systems is a plus.
• Ability to work shift hours
• Once you become a regular employee, this position may require domestic travel and occasional international travel as well. The ability to travel is considered an inherent requirement of the position
