Manage and coordinate the office's administrative functions, including procurement, inventory control, facility management and event planning
Responsible for sourcing, contacting, and dealing with vendors.
Maintain and manage movable and immovable assets (buildings, vehicles, etc.)
Perform routine office supply and pantry needs shopping.
Handle daily fuel transactions for office transportation operations
Able to prepare yearly budget of GA Expenses
Coordinate and submit payment documents to the accounting department for expenses in a timely manner, such as building bills, electricity and other invoices.
