Work with Program Manager, Product Owner, Lead UI Developer, UX Designer, project team and internal stake holders to develop data & AI applications. · Take ownership of the development process when required. · Self-directedly able to collaborate with the partner teams. · Able to provide technical inputs to help the team make the decision when needed. · Able to provide inputs on estimation of the development efforts. · Execute development activities as senior Full-Stack Developer for IDA applications, portals & integrations. • Collaborating with design, project, and other team members, discussing problem solving approaches, participating in code reviews and pair programming. • Contributing to daily stand ups and other agile ceremonies to ensure visibility of team progress. • Using and extending our existing back-end web application and infrastructure codebases, adhering to their code standards and structure while bearing in mind the advantages and consequences of refactoring and upgrading. • Ensure that the solution is designed to perform across multiple platforms. · Work with Lead UI Developer and support on technical design, target state software architectures, data mappings & integration mechanisms. · Analyze & understand the requirements, take ownership for delivering the assigned development task and ensure quality deliverables. Optimized coding with good documentation. · Working as part of an Agile squad & vendors, ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team. · Engage in the entire lifecycle of the development project. · Support Lead Developer in engagement with GT governance forums, ensuring alignment with AXA architecture standards as the project moves through the relevant stage gates. · Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical. SHARE your talent We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: · Relevant years of experience in full stack development using Java, JavaScript / CSS / React.js. Junit. · Experience in understanding the integration between a CRM and JAVA and contribute for the performance improvements and integration developments. · Experience reviewing the code for clean code. · Experience taking ownership of the project from end to end. · Experience giving inputs on decisions on the project technical aspects. · Vast experience on working with different teams and collaborating with them. · Experience in helping the team to bring up to speed with the latest technologies. · Experience working on Spring Boot micro service architecture. · Experience in migrating the project technologies to updated versions. · Experience in troubleshooting the production issues and provide a fix. · Should have expertise in Web development, accessibility, and usability. · Proven knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred). · Knowledge with both relational and NoSQL databases. · Good understanding and implementation knowledge of DevOps principles. · Knowledge of object-oriented programming: MVC MVVM. · Hands-on experience of developing REST web services and API's. · Should have good understanding of Salesforce’s proprietary programming language, to develop robust backend logic. · Create everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures as you deliver a complete minimally viable product. · Should be able to contribute to improve code quality, organization, and automatization. · Experience in working as part of a squad in an Agile environment. · Extensive familiarity with the version management tools like – GitHub. Desired Skills and Abilities: · Understand experience with design patters, Design System and have experience of contributing to its development with solid principles. · Excellent project management, time management, verbal, and written communications skills, as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with internal stakeholders. · Solid knowledge of SQL. · Proactive attitude, ability to run projects with minimal direction given the global nature of the team. · B.E./B.Com./B.Sc./B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
