Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative and operational tasks to support HR and GA activities
2. Handle front office duties, including welcoming and directing guests
3. Assist in internal and external company communications
4. Ensure smooth daily office operations
5.Maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with corporate standards
Qualifications:
1. Minimum SMA, SMK, D3 in a relevant field (Communication, Administration, Management, or related)
2. Preferably with experience in administration/receptionist roles
3. Communicative, friendly, and service-oriented
4. Presentable, well-groomed, and able to maintain a professional image
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Able to multitask and work with attention to detail
7. Residing in Surabaya or willing to be placed in Surabaya
