We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be managing the front desk area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
4. Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
1. Minimum of High school diploma, B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE, or equivalent required
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
6.Friendly and professional demeanor
