Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Personnel to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is crucial for creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments
• Manage front desk operations, including receiving mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
• Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating meetings or conference room bookings
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
• Provide general information to visitors and handle basic inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printers, phone systems)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, corporate.
• Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
• Familiarity with office management software (e.g., scheduling or visitor tracking systems)
