WALK - IN Interview for Freshers (Healthcare Voice) - 20th to 22nd March 2025 FRESHERS: Graduation must (NO B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates, MCA/MSc) Skill Highlight: Must possess Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal & Written. Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai. Shift : Us shifts Week off : Saturday & Sunday - Fixed. Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview Interview Venue: HCL TECH, Sholinganallur ELCOT campus, Tower 4, Chennai-119. Interview Time: 11:30AM - 2PM Contact HR: Pradeep HR / Vinoth HR ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments. • Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims. • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. • Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact. • Update account-wise customer interactions daily. • Achieve critical performance targets. • Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines. • Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools. • Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience • Should possess active listening skills • Good data entry & typing skills • Ability to multitask. • Ability to contribute to the process through improvement ideas. • Analytical and problem-solving skills on the process. • To use sound judgment and take decisions.
