Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for IT roles through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and job specifications.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in recruitment, with a focus on IT positions preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, etc.).

• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in the IT industry.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
