The selected candidates will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting senior team members, learning and applying technical knowledge, supporting MRO product operations, interacting with clients, and ensuring smooth business processes. Qualifications • Basic understanding of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Relevant internships or project experience in the MRO industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
