Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Event Operations
• Steer the event lifecycle from conception to delivery which ranges from venue selection and vendor management to production and logistics — ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.
• Serve as the pivotal point for cross-functional team coordination, bringing together marketing, editorial, sales, and other departments for a unified event execution.
• Negotiate with agencies ensuring optimal rates.
• Manage event-related projects and nurture relationships with event agencies.
• Tackle event-centric hurdles through methodical planning and diligent execution.
• Enhance operational procedures and consistently achieve cost-efficiency, benchmarked monthly and annually.
• Coordinate with marketing, editorial, sales, and other teams for unified event execution.
• Perform quality check audits & prepare SOPs
Project Management & Operational Excellence:
• Steer operational audits and implement recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization and participate in high-impact growth projects.
• Analyze post-event data to measure performance, ROI, and identify improvement areas
• Enhance operational procedures and consistently achieve cost-efficiency.
• Liaison with multiple vendors for event related travels and hotel partnerships.
Special Projects
• Operational Efficiency Initiatives: Lead initiatives to streamline processes across various departments, aiming to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Technology Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of new technologies within the organization to improve workflow, communication, and data management.
• Process Improvement: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Professional Traits
• Qualification: Technical Degree, Degree in Operations, Hospitality Management, Public Relations. MBA (preferable).
• Experience:
• 2-5 years of work experience in related fields such as Founder's Office/Growth/Project Management/Events/Trade Shows/Hospitality & an exposure in working with senior executive or senior management team.
• Strong with numbers, analytical skills, fast in decision-making, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact events that drive brand and revenue goals.
• Skills:
• Proficient communicator with a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to network, negotiate, and close deals.
• Strong organizational and project management prowess.
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS PPT, and collaboration tools.
