Job description Job Description: Founder’s Office Intern (Volunteer Basis) Location: Remote/Hybrid (if applicable) Commitment: 10 hours per week (flexible) Duration: 3-6 months About the Role: As a Founder’s Office Intern at The Active Dreams, you will work directly with the leadership team to support critical projects, streamline operations, and amplify the impact of our flagship initiative, Flow & Glow. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a social impact organization while contributing to meaningful change. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Support: Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of projects and campaigns. • Research: Conduct research on menstrual health, period poverty, sustainable solutions, and potential partnerships. • Communications: Draft reports, presentations, emails, and other documentation to support organizational operations. • Event Coordination: Help organize workshops, sanitary napkin drives, and awareness sessions. • Outreach: Support in identifying and reaching out to potential collaborators, partners, and volunteers. • Administrative Assistance: Manage schedules, prepare meeting notes, and track project timelines. Key Criteria: • Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative. • Organized: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team. • Passion for Social Impact: Genuine interest in menstrual health, women’s empowerment, and the NGO sector. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (preferably in social work, public policy, business, or communications). • Strong research and analytical skills. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Prior experience with NGOs, community initiatives, or startups is a plus but not mandatory.
