Job description We are urgently hiring for Founder's Intern for our corporate client in Mumbai. About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Founder’s Intern to work directly with the founder on various strategic and operational initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in building and scaling a business, learning about multiple aspects of a startup, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the founder in research, strategy, and execution of key business initiatives. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. • Support business development efforts, including outreach, lead generation, and partnerships. • Manage and optimize internal operations, including workflow automation and process improvement. • Assist in content creation, social media management, and brand-building activities. • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and documentation. • Work on ad hoc projects, including fundraising, product development, or customer support as needed. Requirements: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and writing abilities. • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. • Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack. • Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. Preferred Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. • Prior experience in startups, consulting, or business operations is a plus. • Familiarity with growth hacking, digital marketing, or sales is a bonus.
