We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, surveys, and other activities that promote a positive work culture.
- HR Administration: Assist with HR documentation, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Learning & Development: Assist in the coordination of training programs, workshops, and development opportunities for employees.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing input and support as needed.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Help communicate and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
