We’re looking for a Photo and Video Producer to strengthen our audiovisual team. You’ll translate everything happening within the company into creative content to share with the world. You’ll be working at Ledstores, the umbrella company for our online showcases. We run several webshops catering to different target audiences — all focused on LED lighting. Founded in 2012, we’re still young, but we’ve long since outgrown our baby steps. What does your week as a Photo and Video Producer look like? Like most people, your week starts fresh on Monday. After swapping some great weekend stories, you sit down with your direct colleague to plan the week. New products are arriving today, so you prep the studio. Fortunately, you're skilled with lighting setups and always nail the perfect composition. After the shoot, you edit the images in Adobe Photoshop. In no time, your section is done — ready to go live on the website! Tuesday, you and your colleague are brainstorming ideas for a new video. The ideas are flying — and boom, a concept is born. You draft the script, ensuring all details are included to easily turn it into a full production plan. You’ll be creating an explainer video about our DMX products, which will go on our YouTube channel and on the product pages. Rijk, the face of Ledstores, presents. You capture everything with precision. Wednesday’s here, and today you’re working on graphic elements for YouTube videos. Using Adobe After Effects, you whip up dazzling animations and edit them into the videos. Later in the day, you prep a shoot for a customer case study with a colleague — you’re filming their business and learning more about their experience with our products. On Thursday morning, you're filming a report at a beautiful hotel in central Rotterdam that recently installed our LED lighting. The rest of the day is for editing — using Adobe Premiere Pro, you create two sleek versions: one for the website and one for our social media channels. Friday is a mix-and-mingle kind of day. As our young team keeps growing, we’re constantly welcoming new faces. You invite the newest colleagues to take a great profile photo for our communication app, Slack. You know exactly how to make people feel at ease on camera, and the result is always a professional, happy shot. In the afternoon, you and Rijk work on a new Ledstores News Update — our internal video newsletter that shares company highlights. Another awesome, varied week that ends with a beer and a game of pool — well deserved. What can you expect?
