Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Floor Manager to oversee and orchestrate the seamless operations of our corporate office. This high-stakes role demands a leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, drive organizational goals, and act as a critical liaison between senior leadership and departmental heads. Reporting directly to the CEO and Directors, the Floor Manager will play a key role in ensuring strategic objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management:
• Strategic Oversight: Lead, guide, and mentor Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Accounting Excellence: Oversee the Accounting Department to ensure financial processes are streamlined, reports are accurate, and statutory compliances are met.
• Legal Supervision: Partner with internal and external legal teams to address regulatory issues, contractual matters, and risk mitigation effectively.
Operational Excellence:
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity across all departments.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate departmental success and recommend actionable improvements.
Legal and Compliance Management:
• Ensure the organization complies with all statutory and legal requirements, including contracts, employment laws, and financial regulations.
• Mitigate legal risks by proactively addressing potential issues and engaging legal counsel as necessary.
Required Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
• A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in corporate environments managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in project management, financial oversight, and legal compliance.
