About the Role - Fire Fighting Design Engineer Responsibilities • The Candidate must have experience in basic & detailed engineering of Fire Fighting System for Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Oil & Gas Projects, Specialty Chemicals, Off-Sites and Utility facilities. • Experience of FPSO Fire Fighting System design shall be added advantage. • Candidate shall be well conversant with, • Basic and Detailed engineering activities which includes preparation of Design Basis of Fire Fighting System, Conceptual Layout of Fire Water Hydrant System, Spray System P&ID’s, Sprinkler System Design, Hydraulic Calculations etc. • Procurement related activities like preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document review etc. • Proficient with Pipenet Software for performing Hydraulic calculations. • Design of Foam System, Clean Agent System, Fire & Gas Detection System, Fireproofing requirements etc. • Latest National and International codes and standards such as OISD, NFPA, IS Standards, TAC guidelines, API etc. • Commissioning experience of Fire Fighting System. • Candidate with experience having a complete project cycle for minimum one or two projects including commissioning of the same is preferable. • Qualifications - B.E. – Mechanical/Equivalent (from Recognised University) Email: amit.gawade@toyo-eng.com
