Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Finance Controlling graduate is responsible for assisting the controlling team in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. Supports the Controlling team on the following activities:
Essential responsibilities and duties
As a Finance Controlling graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow :
Assist in ensuring compliance to all financial procedures
Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings) and internal control basics
Assist in providing reliable financial / controlling information
Providing data for budget, periodic forecast, and other reporting …
Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency
Update information into the ERP System
Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control …
Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information
Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories overdues)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Education : National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or finance
Knowledge and experience :
1 year experience in the automotive industry.
Languages: Good communication and computer skills
