About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare feasibility models (IRR, NPV, breakeven, project cash flows).

2. Build pricing and phasing models for township and group housing projects.

3. Sensitivity analysis for cost, sales, funding mix, and margin scenarios.

4. Support business case preparation for internal approvals and investor decks.

5. Prepare internal note sheets, summary documents, and board presentations.

6. Assist in regulatory licensing with local development authorities for FAR, CLU, zoning, etc.

7. Monitor compliance with land conversion policies and stamp duty regulations.

8. Track land auctions, policy changes, and competitive transactions.

9. Benchmark land rates, density norms, and potential joint development opportunities.
