Job Description
Position : Finance and Administration Manager - Nairobi
We are looking for Finance and Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements: prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data: analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare tax returns: prepare tax returns and provide tax planning services.
Provide financial advice: provide financial advice to help management make financial decisions.
Prepare budgets: prepare budgets and forecasts.
Reconcile accounts: reconcile accounts, such as bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
Audit financial information: audit financial information to ensure accuracy.
Implement accounting systems: dynamically formulate, implement and maintain accounting systems.
Manage staff: Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Manage budgets: Oversee budgets and supplies
Implement policies: Create and implement policies and procedures
Plan and execute: Plan, streamline, and execute administrative workflows and procedures
Coordinate: Coordinate logistics and activities to help the organization run efficiently
Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
Create an engaging environment: Ensure positive interactions with staff and visitors
Manage documents: Administer all documents of the institution
Other duties Record keeping, Scheduling meetings and booking rooms, Greeting visitors, Handling queries by phone and email, and Arranging repairs and maintenance.
