Finance & Accounting Internship in Chennai (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Oversee finalization of books of accounts, monthly/quarterly/yearly closures, and statutory filings.
• Handle critical finance processes such as cash flow management, fund planning, working capital control, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure accurate GST, TDS, income tax compliance, reconciliations, and timely payments
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews with management.
• Manage receivables, payables, credit control, and vendor reconciliations to ensure healthy cash cycles.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities independently.
• Monitor logistics-related financials such as freight costs, warehousing expenses, landed cost, and margin analysis (added advantage).
• Implement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements across finance operations.
• Provide strategic financial insights, MIS reports, and decision support to senior management.
