About the internship Position: Business Storytelling Associate Location: Multiple Cities (On-field Role) We are seeking passionate and proactive Business Storytelling Associates to join our mission. This role involves meeting founders of traditional businesses, foodpreneurs, and street businesses in your city to learn about their success stories. You will engage with these entrepreneurs, understand their journeys, and share their inspiring stories with KaroStartup's platform. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit businesses, including traditional enterprises, foodpreneurs, and street vendors, in your city. - Conduct meaningful conversations with business owners to understand their journeys, challenges, and successes. - Document and share these startup and business stories with KaroStartup's editorial team for publication. - Build and maintain relationships with local entrepreneurs and business communities. - Present KaroStartup's mission to business owners and encourage them to share their stories. - Contribute to identifying unique and untold narratives that inspire others. Qualifications: - Students or recent graduates with a passion for entrepreneurship and storytelling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with on-field work and meeting new people. - Strong documentation and storytelling abilities. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with local businesses and startup ecosystems. - Ability to communicate in local languages for better engagement. - Prior experience in sales, media, or community engagement is a plus. After spending years in this ecosystem, we understood the challenges people face due to lack of knowledge and no mentorship at the individual level which result in most of the startups derailing from the path of success and ultimately ending up in failure.
