Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a remote role based in Chennai, involving regular field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with prospective customers to promote the company’s products and services.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.

Establish and achieve regional and territory-based sales targets and forecasts.

Create and implement strategic sales plans to support profitability and revenue growth.

Lead and coordinate sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring optimal terms for both parties.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements to boost performance.

Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in field sales or a similar role.

Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Solid understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
