Minimum Qualification : Certificate Experience Level : Entry level Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year Working Hours : Full Time Job Description/Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Rent Collection & Arrears Management Collect monthly rent from tenants. Follow up on overdue payments and report defaulters. Tenant & Property Management Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance needs. Issue notices to tenants (e.g., rent reminders, warnings or notices to vacate). Lock houses of defaulting tenants. Move-In & Move-Out Management Assist in tenant onboarding, ensuring they sign agreements and understand policies. Conduct final house inspections when tenants vacate. Oversee deposit refund processes and ensure move-out compliance. Security & Compliance Work closely with security teams to prevent illegal access to properties. Enforce property policies and handle minor tenant disputes. Reporting & Coordination Provide daily reports on collections, tenant updates and property conditions. Liaise with repair coordinators for maintenance work. Work with the office team to streamline operations. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Ability to handle difficult tenants and enforce policies professionally. ✔ Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. ✔ Basic knowledge of real estate laws and rental policies is an added advantage. ✔ Physically fit and able to move between properties. ✔ Must be trustworthy, responsible and highly organized.
