Feature Analyst

Full job description PBT Group is seeking skilled and driven Feature Analysts to join agile delivery teams working on impactful, enterprise-level initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in feature or business analysis, a strong understanding of Agile principles, and excellent interpersonal skills. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven. Duties / Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of features and alignment with business goals. Analyse existing processes and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Facilitate requirement workshops, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a healthy product backlog. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications to guide development. Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in adherence with Agile practices. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with testers, developers, UX designers, and data analysts to ensure smooth delivery. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst in Agile environments. Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, processes, and team ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience creating user stories, process maps, wireframes, and supporting artefacts. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications/Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Diploma in Business Analysis (e.g., from FTI or similar) Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
