Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks related to office setup and resource allocation for smooth daily operations.
Coordinate logistics and accommodation for employees and guests.
Provide on-site support for various company events and activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of Operations Support experience, ideally in a BPO environment.
Experience in facilities and asset management, including vendor and client coordination.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati, on a night shift schedule, with occasional weekend work as needed.
