Job Description -

Preparation of Material: Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.

Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings

Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.

Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades

Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.

Issuance of RFI

Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project-related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation

Desired Candidate profile –

Working knowledge of 3D design software – AutoCAD, Revit

Attention to detail & accuracy

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Fabrication/assembly drawing knowledge

Knowledge of steel, aluminium, and glass is required, with proven experience
