This role involves working closely with core team/founders to understand their products, analyze their business models, and develop scalable expansion plans through franchise strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Connect with founders to understand their vision, product offerings, and business goals. • Analyze business models and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. • Collaborate with founders to design and structure franchise models. • Conduct market research to provide actionable recommendations for scaling operations. • Create pitch decks and frameworks to support franchise rollout strategies. • Provide strategic insights to improve business scalability.
