Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and breakdown of all stage shows and events, including lighting, sound, and props.

Ensure that all equipment and stage areas are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Help with the coordination and execution of rehearsals and performances.

Work closely with the entertainment team to ensure that all performances are delivered to the highest standards.

Provide excellent customer service to our guests and address any concerns or issues that may arise during performances.

Collaborate with other departments, such as technical and production, to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our guests.

Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures while on board the ship.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a theatrical or cruise ship setting.

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of lighting and sound equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.
