Responsibilities

Sales Acumen: Strategically plan and increase Adobe's footprint in each assigned account. Cultivate "high revenue" and critical "long-term" relationships with Adobe APAC's largest clients across various organizational levels, from CXOs to operational teams. Lead negotiations and deal closures with flawless forecasting accuracy, adhering strictly to Adobe’s practices. Manage long and consultative sales cycles, guiding cross-functional teams to successfully implement targets and ensure adherence to Adobe’s selling methodology.

Business Sense & C-Suite Relationships: Show broad cross-industry understanding and forge relationships with CMOs, CIOs, and CEOs to initiate opportunities and shape agreements. Clearly convey the essential business benefits of technology to C-level executives.

Sales Excellence & Efficiency: Maintain outstanding data organization around sales forecasting and pipeline management. Develop, review, and implement a business plan for the assigned vertical with ambitious goals and objectives, based on opportunity and customer needs in line with Adobe's vision. Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the business from sales to collections and solution adoption.

Handling Ecosystem Relationships: Working closely with presales, consulting, and partner management teams to develop and implement the India GTM strategy. Partnering with implementation partners to grow Adobe's reach in accounts.

Integrity & Compliance: Ensure that accurate security and legal compliance measures are always applied and followed. Take ownership of every proposal generated by the Evaluation and Offering team and present it to customers.
