About the internship Selected Intern's Day-To-Day Responsibilities Include: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. 3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. 5. Meet performance targets and quality standards. 6. Upsell and cross-sell products or services when applicable. 7. Follow company policies and procedures. 8. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes. Note: The stipend of this internship will be performance based. Therefore, in addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance- linked incentive (900 rupees per sale) the more you convert, the more you earn.
