About the Role: We are looking for an intern to support our engineering team with research, analysis, and basic technical configurations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, work closely with a tight-knit team, and gain hands-on experience in the technical side of a fast-paced SaaS company. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while expanding your knowledge in cloud services, API research, and performance testing. Responsibilities: • Research and compare software tools (pricing, features, feasibility). • Conduct basic load testing and analyze performance metrics. • Review tools, their limitations, and changes in functionalities, and conduct research to support decision-making. • Explore and apply prompt engineering techniques for AI-related tasks. • Document findings and create internal reports to support decision-making. • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot minor technical configurations. Qualifications & Skills: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate technical solutions. • Basic programming knowledge in at least one language (C++, Java, Ruby, Python). • Basic understanding of APIs, networking (SFTP), and cloud services. • Familiarity with load testing concepts (e.g., performance bottlenecks, scalability) is required. • Good communication skills for documentation and reporting. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean). • Experience with specific load testing tools (JMeter, k6) is a plus. • Basic understanding of JavaScript. • Interest in automation and scripting (Python).
