The primary function of an intern under Equipment engineering is to perform probecard repair, maintenance and verification of all probecard types used for wafer testing.

Education Background: Graduate of Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology major in Electronics, Computer Engineering Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering technology and similar 3 and 4-year technology courses

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

Knowledge in electronics and circuit analysis

Able to operate different equipment and tools for Wafersort and/or final test

Able to perform basic isolation and data gathering

Able to interpret schematics, probecard drawing and layout

Able to collaborate and Proficient in oral and written communication

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform basic repair and maintenance of probecards.

Monitor machine downtime using statusphere and MIPS.

Documentation of contact issues thru email escalation with complete details: findings, recommended repair and corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross functional teams for probecard related issues resolution.

Escalate yield/contact issues to Product Owners / Test Product Engineers and other engineering teams
