Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement employer branding strategies aligned with company values, vision, and recruitment goals
Develop engaging content such as employee stories, testimonials, and videos to highlight company culture and employee experiences
Manage employer branding content across social media platforms
Work closely with HR and Digital Solution teams to understand talent needs and create targeted campaigns for specific roles or departments
Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs to promote the company as an employer of choice
Build report using data insights to continuously improve employer branding strategies and recommend adjustments as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor employer branding strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Having 1 year of experience in related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Comprehend with social media platforms and able to plan, execute, and build a report regarding content creation
Comprehend with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and/or video editing software
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithm is a plus
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Collaborative team player, willing to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment
Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta
