Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an email marketing and automation specialist at Growith, located in Hyderabad. The specialist will manage and execute email marketing campaigns, implement marketing automation strategies, analyze marketing data, generate leads, and utilize email marketing software to drive business growth.
Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns including newsletters, offers, and automated workflows
• Conduct A/B testing to maximize open rates, CTR, and campaign engagement
• Monitor and manage bounce rates and email deliverability
• Implement email verification tools to ensure the quality and hygiene of email lists
• Ensure brand consistency and email responsiveness across devices
• Configure and manage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
• Build and optimize lead-nurturing workflows across the customer journey
• Segment audiences to deliver relevant, personalized messaging at scale
• Leverage AI-powered tools for personalization, optimization, and automation in email marketing
• Track and report metrics including open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and ROI
• Analyse performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintain campaign hygiene and data consistency across platforms
• Integrate email platforms with CRMs and third-party apps for seamless lead flow
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals
• Automate processes using tools like Zapier to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation
Required Technical Skills:
• Expertise in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Gmass, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling, campaign analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter)
• Hands-on experience in email verification, bounce rate control, and domain warm-up techniques
• Experience with AI tools for email content generation, optimization, and workflow automation
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign data
• Good to have experience in Zapier or similar workflow automation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
