Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients, understanding their technical and commercial requirements to provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities will include handling sales, delivering technical support, conducting product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering with a strong understanding of technical principles and applications

Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a proven ability to identify client needs and meet sales targets

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Skilled in providing Technical Support and resolving customer issues effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of industrial electrical components and automation solutions is a plus
