As an Ecommerce Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to the growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment: Oversee daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate shipping, and providing top-notch customer service. 2. Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels, categorization, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless ecommerce experience. 3. Social Media & Customer Support: Manage and execute social media strategies, respond to customer inquiries, and deliver customer support across multiple channels. 4. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in crafting and executing targeted WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. 5. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
