E-Commerce Merchandiser

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The E-commerce Merchandiser will be responsible for managing online product assortment, optimizing product presentation, executing merchandising strategies, and coordinating product launches to drive sales and enhance the online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • E-Commerce Management: • Upload and manage products on our website which is hosted on SHOPIFY. • Ensure the health and visibility of listings on multi-brand platforms like Aza, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, and Nykaa. • Inventory Oversight: • Monitor inventory health across platforms to ensure availability and timely restocking. • Production Coordination: • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely sampling and production of goods. • Work closely with the team to align production schedules with business needs. • You would also be responsible to connect with customers who may have an issue with their order or are looking to place and order for something customised. • Calling Abandoned Carts and working towards converting them into a sale. We will offer you a commission on every sale you convert. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 1-2 years in merchandising or a related role. • Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. • Passion: A love for luxury fashion and handcrafted products. • Communication and Customer Service skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience with E-commerce platforms is a plus • Bachelor's degree from a fashion college is a plus How to Apply: Send your resume to hello@houseofvian.com with the subject line: "Application for Merchandiser Role – [Your Name]."
