Job description Job Title: E-commerce Intern Location: Mumbai Office-based Stipend: ₹5000 per month Job Type: Internship Key Responsibilities: • Shopify Management: Assist in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our Shopify store. Help with product listings, design updates, and tracking sales performance. • Facebook / Google Marketing: Support in creating and managing Facebook Ads, analyzing ad performance, and contributing to social media strategies to increase engagement and sales. • Order Management System (OMS) • Amazon Marketplace • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Data Entry & Reporting: Regularly input data and generate reports for various e-commerce channels, helping the team make informed business decisions. Skills & Qualifications: • Knowledge or interest in e-commerce and digital marketing. • Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, OMS, Amazon Seller Central, and CRM platforms (experience preferred, but not required). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Basic understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and online customer behavior. • Detail-oriented and ability to work independently.
