Eatery Manager (Eatery & Hotel, Agege)

Salary: ₦80,000–₦100,000/month

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily eatery operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency

* Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff

* Monitor inventory levels; liaise with suppliers to maintain stock

* Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

* Analyze sales reports and drive initiatives to boost revenue

* Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Qualifications

* HND or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Proficient with POS systems and basic financial reporting

* High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
