• Provide expert advice on HR matters, including employment law and best practices.

• Develop and manage HR budgets and resources.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

• Analyse data and metrics to inform HR decision-making and drive business outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
