The Director of Ecommerce will be responsible for overseeing the company's ecommerce strategy, managing the ecommerce team, and driving online sales growth. Daily tasks include analyzing ecommerce metrics, coordinating with the sales team, developing online business strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the ecommerce platform. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize product listings, improve the customer experience, and execute marketing campaigns. Qualifications • * Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce data and metrics • Proficiency in e-business and ecommerce operations • Experience in sales and driving online revenue • Team management skills to lead and develop the ecommerce team • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus/amazon marketing/performance marketing • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ecommerce role
