Job Overview We are seeking a Diploma Mechanical Engineering Intern for ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS, a leader in industrial coatings and surface treatment solutions. This is an internship position with opportunities to work from various locations such as Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Veraval, Mundra, Panipat, Baran, and Durgapur. Ideal candidates are freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience, eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic industrial environment. Qualifications And Skills • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for engineering projects. • Basic knowledge of Blasting, painting and scaffolding works. • Proficiency in technical writing to efficiently document engineering processes and project outcomes. • Understanding of measurement of structures to ensure accuracy in engineering applications. • Basic knowledge of corrosion and erosion processes to effectively contribute to coating and protection projects. • Exhibits integrity, demonstrating ethical behavior and honesty in all professional interactions. • Proficient in MS Office Basics, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare technical reports and presentations. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to diverse industrial environments and challenges. • Ability to communicate effectively in team settings, facilitating efficient collaboration on projects. Roles And Responsibilities • Support the engineering team in evaluating and implementing industrial protection coatings and surface treatments. • Assist in the assessment of structures to apply appropriate coatings and surface enhancement techniques. • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports under the supervision of senior engineers. • Conduct basic research to support ongoing projects, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge strategies. • Participate in site visits and project inspections to understand the practical aspects of engineering solutions. • Liaise with team members to ensure the timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
