Role 1: Intern, Vendor Performance Key Responsibility • The primary responsibility of this role is to manage vendor chargeback processes, resolve inquiries, and develop actionable insights that drive efficiency and optimize vendor relationships. • Responsible for monitoring and enhancing vendor performance by leveraging data-driven insights and implementing strategic solutions. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and accounting teams to resolve vendor issues. • Partner with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment teams, highlighting vendor performance and opportunities for improvement with data and metrics. (i.e. Product Line Reviews) • Prepares management-level reports and handles a category to improve OTIF performance. • Assist with process improvement initiatives, and recommendations and help to manage end-to-end implementation. • Assist in vendor management training materials to facilitate sessions as and when needed. • Coordinate, minute, and document monthly vendor performance feedback. • Must possess a strong understanding of supply chain operations, analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical solutions to meet business goals. • Excellent Communication and articulation skills Years of Experience: • 2+ years of prior experience within Retail industry & reporting domain Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. Role 2: Intern, Enterprise Issue and Support Required Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Role 4: Intern, Assortment Planning Key Responsibility • Responsible for analyzing transaction, customer, and product data to identify business challenges and develop actionable solutions using SQL and Power BI. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Role 5: Intern, Inventory Management Required Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
