You will work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, and strategic brand building. Key Responsibilities: • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. • Social Media Management: Manage content calendars, post scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for better ROI. • SEO & Content Marketing: Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO, and blog/article content planning. • Market Research: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to strategize and execute marketing initiatives. Who You Are: • Prior hands-on experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads is a must. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing. • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal supervision. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI. • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (some days in the Mumbai office).
