Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and manage a dynamic social media content calendar aligned with the college’s mission, values, and academic programs.

Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content—including graphics, videos, blogs, and infographics—for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

Stay informed of social media trends and platform updates to integrate innovative ideas and improve engagement.

Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff to feature testimonials, campus life, events, and real-time experiences.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns

Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including paid media strategies (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to boost visibility and student interest.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).

Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with institutional goals and student recruitment targets.

3. Community Engagement & Analytics

Cultivate and nurture an active online community by engaging with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and professional manner.

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Insights) to assess performance, measure engagement, and refine strategy.

Conduct market research to understand student interests, behaviors, and trends, ensuring strategies remain fresh and relevant.

4. Brand Voice & Consistency

Ensure that all digital content consistently reflects the MedPrime College brand voice and visual identity, while promoting inclusivity and authenticity.

Adapt content to suit each platform’s audience and format, while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with admissions, PR, and academic teams to create targeted content for recruitment efforts and key institutional events.

Provide regular performance reports and campaign insights to leadership and stakeholders, including actionable recommendations
