Job Description Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a dynamic social media content calendar that aligns with the college’s mission, values, and academic programs. Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, infographics, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Stay ahead of social media trends, integrating fresh ideas to enhance content and engagement. Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff to feature testimonials, events, and real-time experiences. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid media strategies (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and attract prospective students. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring strategic growth and increased engagement across all channels. Work closely with the marketing team to align digital initiatives with institutional goals and student recruitment targets. Community Engagement & Analytics: Build, engage, and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track content performance, assess engagement, and refine strategies for optimal results. Conduct regular market research to understand student interests and social media behavior, adapting strategies as needed to remain relevant. Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all digital content reflects Med Prime College’s brand voice, ethos, and aesthetic while maintaining authenticity and inclusivity. Help to maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms while ensuring adaptability for each unique platform. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the admissions, PR, and academic teams to create tailored content for recruitment campaigns and special events. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and key insights to share with leadership and stakeholders.
