Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Producer - YouTube & Podcast who can grow our YouTube channel. This role involves end-to-end execution, from brainstorming podcast topics to final video publishing. If you’re passionate about storytelling, content creation, and growing an engaged online audience, we’d love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Podcast Development & Strategy: • Research and brainstorm podcast topics aligned with Pazago’s brand. • Develop content calendars and episode structures. • Write engaging scripts and interview questions. Guest & Panel Coordination: • Identify and invite relevant industry experts, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. • Coordinate schedules and manage guest communication. Production & Execution: • Scout and finalize shoot locations. • Manage the entire podcast shoot, ensuring high-quality video and audio production. • Direct the recording process for an engaging and professional outcome. Post-Production & Distribution: • Edit full-length podcast episodes. • Create high-quality snippets and highlight reels for social media. • Write engaging captions and post content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. • Optimize content for SEO, thumbnails, and YouTube growth strategies.
